Tupi is a service of Transup Tech.

Important: We do not issue cards

Tupi does not issue payment cards. We only sell Visa and Mastercard gift cards (and related prepaid products) as a reseller. The cards are issued by third-party card programs. When you buy from us, you receive a gift card or prepaid product that you or the recipient can use according to the issuer’s terms. We are not a bank or card issuer.

1. Acceptance

By using Tupi’s website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Our service and products

Tupi offers a platform to purchase digital gift cards and prepaid cards (including Visa and Mastercard products) for use where those cards are accepted. Payment is made via MonCash or other methods we support. We deliver card details by email or through your account after payment is confirmed. We do not issue cards ourselves; we sell cards issued by third-party programs.

3. Eligibility and accuracy

You must be of legal age and have the authority to enter into these terms. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and when placing orders (including recipient details). You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment is processed via our payment partners (e.g. MonCash). Delivery of card details is typically by email or in your account after confirmation. Delays can occur; we are not liable for delays caused by payment processors or card issuers. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and applicable law.

5. Use of cards

Use of the gift cards or prepaid cards you purchase is governed by the terms of the card issuer and the card program, not solely by Tupi. You and any recipient must use the cards in compliance with those terms and applicable law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tupi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from the card issuer, payment provider, or your or a recipient’s use of the cards. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
